Firekicks

I am new to reps, I was wondering if “Firekicks” is a trusted seller? They require you to purchase on PayPal using “friends and family” which seems like negates the ability to get a refund? Being my first time buying reps I am very cautious 😂I’d appreciate any advice, thx
