Help? My timing was way off! (pulled pork)

Hi,

I could use some help. I planned to cook a pulled pork for dinner but I haven't cooked one for a while and my timing is way off. It has finished at least 4 hours before I had hoped to serve it, maybe 5.

I have kept a PP in a cooler for an hour or two before, but 5,can I do that?

Also, rather than use a cooler and make more mess I figured I would keep it wrapped in the foil and use the oven on low. What temp should I set the oven to?

Any help is appreciated. I think I have stuffed this up.
