Been sleeping the same but still wake up late
Ive always gone to sleep at around 12 or latest 1, and then ill wake up at anywhere between 8 - 8:30am, but lately ive been waking upbat 9:30 or after and I hate it. Sometimes my dog will ruin my sleep but the days where my sleep actually feels good I still wake up at 9:30. How can I wake up earlier and get back to my old ways?
