Purchasing HK SDR on SGX

Hello, a really amateur investor here. I am interested in investing in BYD and Tencent SDR which just got introduced in SGX. I tried purchasing it on IBKR and realised that I can’t. I searched online and couldn’t find which platform I can buy it. I am a fresh grad so I don’t have large amount of money to purchase from the HKEX.

May I know if anyone knows how I can purchase the SDR from SGX? I also gathered that the commissions and fees for SGX are pretty high compared to HKEX, so for an investor with lesser funds (<$5k) would you recommend me to purchase the SDR via SGX or just buy the HKEX stocks via IBKR? TIA!
