PSA: STOP MAXING W SECOND

Hello good boys and girls,

Did you know Q at rank 5 gives a whopping 60% (!) attack speed for two (2!) attacks?

AND that reducing its cooldown by maxing it second allows you to easily stay in dragon form for over a minute at a time??

Wow! Zoinkers! Coolio!

This is great for every build, even if you aren't building Bork or Nashors! Even full AP to get her ult back faster and keep it going by spamming Q on chickens and creep waves! Chomp chomp!

W has been completely NEUTERED by hur dur Rito Gaymes. It's been cut from 90 to 60 (eww!!) DPS over the years and now has essentially no AD ratio at all! Booo!!

In emerald+ maxing Q second is still far less popular but results in a whopping 3% winrate gain! In Diamond+ the effect is even greater, taking her from 43.5 to 48.5%! Gee willikers, that's a lot!
