Electric Shaver Questions

Hi, guys, I used to use a regular 3-blade razor to shave with but found the area under my nose would get very, very red and sore after trying to get a decent shave, even after washing with warm water and using soapy rinse and heavy shaving creme on the area. Now I use a cheap bald head electric razor I got from Amazon for $20 but notice it still irritates that same area, gets a spotty shave, but not as bad as the regular razor.

Is there an electric shaver that's better for the face or all around (head, neck, and face) anyone could recommend and uses? I like how the head shaver lets me get in little nooks and crannies but if it's possible to get one that gives a better overall shave that'd be great.
