How do I heal it?

My boyfriend was fingering me and I see blood on his fingers, I went to the bathroom and looked, and there was blood coming from my clit. Is that okay? It's been about a day since the bleeding and it hurts really bad. It doesn't hurt to pee, but whenever I walk or my my legs/hips, it hurts really bad. I know it's probably just a scratch and will heal gradually, but is there anything I can do to reduce the pain ?
