Why the hell did Carrie take Big Back?!

I’m watching the movie (for the 5th time, I’ve watched the series fully at least 4 times now!) and it baffles me still that Carrie takes back a man that left her at the altar? I know she says “it wasn’t logic, it was love.” But girl, his “romantic gesture” was just copying love letters written by other men…?!?! Even when they seal their vows and he says “Ever thine, ever mine, ever ours” nothing that comes out of this man’s mouth has any meaning my gosh. I know people ship Big and Carrie HARD, but please tell me other people feel the same?
