How to style a baroness?

The baroness of my barony has been incredibly sweet to me so I’m writing her a thank you letter. I want to address it to her using her formal styling, but I’m not sure what that would be.

Would it possibly be:

Her Excellency, Lady [Name], Baroness of [Barony]
