Update Patches for Reddit and Twitter

Now that we are able to merge XAPKs with AntiSplit M into APKs, can't the patches for apps like Reddit and Twitter be updated again? Since we are able to use the newest app versions again, it shouldn't be an issue anymore right? Or are there other reasons for the out-of-date patches?
