Going to use Astral projection to respawn

I’m gonna use astral projection to respawn it’s my first time but I’m getting help from my spirit guide I feel fluttery on the inside on my stomach, I felt astral energy in my thighs, and behind my head I just have to focus on the astral projection affirmations and make sure that I go ahead and get home forever to the multiverse but it would be helpful if I could find someone to channel my spirit guide so I can see what so I need to do astral project today
