Is it true ? That Non-Muslim Indians are not getting VISA and unable to switch job too.

Recently my friend has got a job in another company in qatar for that he resigned for the company he was working for but suddenly the company rejected him. He is a Non-Muslim.
Just wanted to know if is it true ?
