Sony Handycam | Repair services?

Hello everyone. Can someone help me and guide me as to how I can fix this camera 🎥 or if not fixable, atleast try to get the video cassette inside to play?

Should I take it to Sony Qatar or any electronic/IT repair shop ?

I’m not 100% sure but I think it’s from 2001. I’m a 0 in tech & have no clue. All I know is , it won’t charge and doesn’t work.
