PSN ban

Hello, I'm planning to get a PS3, and I'm into trophy hunting so I'd like to get trophies from some of the games I play(that are pirated). I'm not planning to play multiplayer games online, just sync trophies. Is it safe, or should I just create a throwaway account. And if it's safe, are there any things I have to do before I connect?

EDIT: I'd like to make it clear that I don't want to hack/mod trophies, I want to get trophies legitematly, just on pirated games
