Need help or info

I think my laser and drive died and need info to diagnose, and or good places to buy good reliable cheap parts for a PlayStation 2 slim 70012. Or need a place to buy a used and or refurbished PlayStation 2 fat or slim. I found mine used it for about 3 weeks ordered all new wires, controllers, memory cards, controller extensions etc... and it was grinding and just kept getting worse then the day the last thing came in the mail it started grinding hard and kept shutting off and now the disc drive won't read and grinds like I've never heard it before for the short time it says on
