Woman player hair growing question

This is the most recent photo I have (Sorry for the quality) But I’m currently on day 23 and there has been no increase in hair length. So I’m wondering if the hair growing mechanic is different for girls and guys. Because I know it takes 5 days for beard growth and 20 for hair for males but i’m not noticing a change for my female character. Is it because of the hair mod I have installed or am I just impatient?
