congested nose and sore throat

hello, i've been congested for 3 days and now accompanied with sore throat. i checked in with my OB and told me she can't give me any medication, she gave me some alternatives like saline solution but it's not working anymore. even the steam inhalation.

please help me how can i relieve this, i can't sleep much and i feel bad for my baby.
