Enjoying a mid afternoon Banana Split from Dak
I'm really digging this bean so far. With the recipe I've been using, it's coming out quite sweet with a lot of the banana note. Reminds me of if someone used extremely ripe Bananas to make make banana bread with a malty like finish
Three pours 15g bean in, 260g water 60g bloom, 160g added, and then to 260 final. Medium coarse grind, flat bottom filter.
