Anyone know how to hear yourself in your headphones using streamyard?

Had a tech question for the group: for our podcast, we record using Streamyard, could someone guide me how I could hear myself through the headphones? (Can only hear everyone else on recording/stream) can't find a "monitor" setting in Streamyard. Any help be great!
