question abt conch piercing

hi! just got my conch pierced yesterday, and i love it!

how do you clean the back of it? i’m having trouble drying it with a paper towel, i can’t fold my ear😔 i don’t want to use qtip coz i read that the fibers of it can cause irritation when it gets stuck on the wound 😩😩😩 i need some advise, please. thank u!
