Infection or irritation?

Seconds were done in October and thirds done in December. They have threadless titanium posts from a reputable piercer at a tattoo shop. They have been healing so well until recently so I slept on them a couple times and now this. I use neilmed saline spray about once a day. Both of them are leaking white fluid, hurting, swelling, and getting a bunch of crusties. Is this infection or irritation?
