What's sensation like after ED implant?

How did your sensation change after ED implant? Is it easier or harder to orgasm, or is it the same? My current sensation makes me have to tug on my dick to reach orgasm. But with the pump or rod I feel like I'd be unable to do that same motion, and I don't want to lose the ability to orgasm. TIA
