Considering ALT even though I know I'm not a good candidate. For those of you who have had debulking after ALT, what is your sensation like? Anybody been in a similar position?

I have my last consultation coming up in a few weeks with the Buncke Clinic (had my consultation with Dr. Chen last June). I was pretty set on RFF since both Dr. Chen and I know Im not a good candidate for ALT, but recently flip flopping between RFF and ALT because I'm really concerned with sizing. I'm barely 5"5 and was told I would likely end up with 4-4.5 inches. I wanted to ask for 5-5.5 inches in length and around 5 inches in circumference but it's not sounding like that will be possible.

I'm considering ALT but I've heard debulking can negatively impact sensation. I'm really at a loss on what to do here. I know they'd prefer for me to go with RFF but I also really wish I could get the size I want. Does anybody have any similar experiences or helpful insight on this?
