What’s the smartest thing to do with my money NOW to be able to buy a house in a couple years?

I’ve been looking at getting into investing, but all everyone talks about is a Roth IRA. obviously that’s wise and something I’d like to do, but what can I do to grow my money more in the short term? And be able to take that growth out in a couple years and use it to assist in a down payment for a house/etc? Edit: I’m fresh out of college and currently working a pretty basic job, husband and I currently make ~50-60k a year combined (I know it’s not much, we are fresh out/still college students lol). We are as wise as we can be with our money, given the economy, and both have excellent credit and little to no other debts.
