This agreement covers the manufacturing of 11 existing brands and the launch of 8 new premium brands, focusing on the natural segment of the market. It also allows for the potential integration of reduced nicotine content products, further expanding their product offerings and market reach.

The company is also expanding its market presence across various states, aiming to reach 18 states by the end of the year.
