Can I overclock my pc with how old it is?

Hello all I have a pc I built back in 2012 maybe 13’. She’s finally slowing down on me and I was curious if there is an overclock speed I can do that will improve the system from bogging down when I have multiple windows/programs running, mostly word, pdf gear, web browsers and outlook nothing crazy here. Specs:

Intel i5-4670K 3.5ghz Asus Z87-Pro 8gb ram GTX 760

I’ll probably build a new pc this summer or the next but now is not a good time for me so just trying to optimize what I got for now.
