9070xt power draw?

So far, I've been seeing Nvidia gpus taking the crown for most efficient power consumptions, particularly the 40 series. I've also seen reviews that AMD gpus consume more power for the same performance as nvidia cards, and that they emit alot more heat. Is it true?

My main concern is the overheating and whether my 750 watt PSU will take it. How hot will this thing get? Should I upgrade my PSU if I manage to get my hands on these things?
