Not getting performance I want from 4060

First of all I'm not here to see any backlash against the 4060, been racking my head around this and would like some help. I upgraded from a 1050 ti btw

Setup:
cpu - i5 11400f
gpu - 4060 8gb
ram - 16 gb (2x 8gb)
psu - 450 w

Been playing league and minecraft and it doesn't seem to be any faster. In fact, my league has shown sometimes to completely lag out and borderline crashing while the sounds go to and fro.
