What are the best Realism/Semi-realism servers?

I already play on Islander and Velocci's mainly, but I want more of the same. Similar rules and dope events. I applied for the WWD server though I really don't like that i had to audition for a part in a server on a dinosaur game like a job interview, I want realism that's conductive to good gameplay not servers with stickler admins. What are you guys' favorites?
