Anyone have second thoughts about their ring?

I’ve had mine for less than a week and I’m not sure that I love it as much as I thought I would and am considering returning it, has anyone been through this? The sizing is the biggest motivating factor for me wanting to return it, I got a 7 for my index finger but it’s a bit too snug and doesn’t fit right on any of my other fingers, I wish I could get a 7.5 as that would fit perfectly. Any advice?
