Honest Bike repair locations in OC?

Purchasing a new bike that needs new tubes, brakes, and alignment. Was wondering if there was an honest and affordable bike repair store in Orange County. I took my last bike to JAX for an alignment and felt totally ripped off, I don’t mind driving out of the way if anyone has solid recommendations!
