The OKC Thunder have officially clinched the 1st seed in the west after the Lakers loss. They have clinched the 1st seed before another west team has clinched a postseason berth

With tonight’s loss to the bucks the OKC Thunder have officially clinched the 1st seed in the western conference.

The worst they can finish is 57-25. The 2nd seeded rockets can also finish 57-25 but OKC owns the tie breaker.

No other team in the west has even clinched a play in spot yet. Not sure if that’s been done before.
