Is Cooper Flagg a better draft prospect than Cade Cunningham was?

The tanking race makes it seems like Flagg is a generational prospect - so I assume it'd be Flagg. However, I found this post from 2 months ago saying that Flagg wouldn't go number 1 in the 2021 draft, and the consensus there is that he's a tier below Cade.

I was pretty surprised by this - so was wondering what people here thought.
