Any genuinely good pg in Malad/Goregaon West?

Does anyone can recommend any good pg in malad west/gorgaon west(or any other on yellow line metro). My office is in mindspace, Malad west.

Not willing to pay brokerage.

Also, any chance I can get pg without paying any deposit(or any genuine place where they return your deposit without any fraud)?

As a newbie in mumbai, trying to avoid flats for now.
