Ho Track planning software that's easy to use and preferably cheap/free ?

Hey Gang,

Just starting to get back into the Hobby after a 10 year plus hiatus though I still have a plastic tub of rolling stock- With the quarantine and all (US), anyone have any recommendations on HO scale track planning software that's easy to use and preferably cheap ? I'm still working (for now, thankfully) so I'm not looking for something too hard to learn. What does everyone use / prefer ?
