What is that farty smell where Cudahy meets St. Francis?

Right around where the railroad tracks divide S Nicholson and KK, a few blocks before the Cudahy city sign. There's very often (but not always) a sulfurous, farty smell hanging in the air. I can't figure out what it is or where it's coming from. Super curious if anyone knows.
