Riboflavin too good to be true?

Has anyone else found that taking a daily dose of 400mg riboflavin completely transformative?

I have basically had a migraine continuously since November 1st. I was given pizotifen to try as my third go at finding a preventative, but I REALLY didn’t like the side effect profile, so decided to try riboflavin as a last ditch effort for relief.

I’m in disbelief, but I have been on it for 8 days, and have had to seek pain relief ONCE only, and that was definitely a tension headache. I have even been drinking horrible wine on purpose (something that without fail sends my migraines wild) and I have been fine? Has anyone else had a similar experience? I’m under no illusion that this will probably lose efficacy and I’ll be back at square one, but I’ll savour every second of the benefits whilst they are here 🤣
