One Medford website

Good morning all,

The civic revival project is putting up a website which will need community volunteers. As the purpose of the site is to assist in engaging Medford residents. It can't replace the local newspaper, it is our hope that it at least helps inform them. Currently this is starting out as an aggregator but once we get folks helping out, it should take more of a community feel. We are looking for contributors in all areas. We will also need folks who are already on social media platforms. Studies have shown more and more people are going to social media to get their news. The focus again is to inform not to incite. Unless of course we're talking cross town sports rivals, kidding! We will also be focusing on traditional forms of announcements too. This includes obits, weddings, etc. We think that this is the start of the way forward. If you are interested in any of the above, have seen a movie, been to one of our local restaurants, etc please consider contributing.
