Has the second memento fusion boss monster been released already?

I had fun playing a memento structure deck in an event some time ago, but I was frustrated that many cards of the archetype weren't available yet even though they already existed. Since I haven't been playing master duel in a while, I was curious to know if new memento cards (especially the big fusion skull guy) were now available. I really like the concept of the deck.
