Daredevil age rating (question)

I'm not sure if I should watch daredevil, I'm not 16 yet but I watch stuff for 16 year olds too like Deadpool for example. but I read some episodes ae rated for 18 yr olds? why exactly is daredevil rated for that age could you tell me?
