What app or extension should I use to machine translate raw manga I have?

I have purchased some manga legally as well as found manga raws on various sites and would like to know if there are any recommendations for resources to use to have a machine translation to get some idea of what the actual text of the manga is. I am fine with paid software and will respond to DMs as well.
