Any good manga translator extension out there?

I'm looking for one not just to get a head start, but rather to read something exclusive. There aren't much but there is still a manga that just didn't got translated in English, one in particular even stopped making anime since I was a kid but the manga is still going on I think and with no translation to boot.

So I would like to get some kind of extension to help me read the manga that I may never be able to read otherwise. Is that a possible thing? I did found 1 extension but sadly that didn't worked in the website I was using though.
