Are there any reliable manga translation tools?

Hi everyone! Recently I found the raws of a manga I've been waiting for to update, but I don't think it's going to be updated in the near future. Taking things into my own hands, has anybody found any reliable resources to translate raws? Because as we know google translate just doesn't cut it.

And those comments that say learn japanese, I would if I could. But right now that's not an option.
