31M, single, Pittsburgh PA

Curious what you all think. I've settled into this apartment in the last year, and am looking for ways to upgrade it to be functional yet aesthetically pleasing. Hit a mental block and looking for what's next.

Couple things I already noted: 1. The picture frame on the ground needs to be remounted. 2. The TV is too high. Not really looking to fix this in a rental. Feel free to repost in r/TVTooHigh if you want
