Shopee sellers with banned/frozen accounts

Hi, guys! I paid and ordered for something on Shopee but hours after ordering and paying, the seller's account got frozen/banned. The parcel status is "Seller is preparing to ship your parcel", but I don't know if the seller will actually ship or not because of the sudden coincidence that they got frozen/banned after I ordered and paid. I texted the seller but they didn't respond, only AI replied. So, I texted Shopee help center about this and the live agent told me that the seller can still open their account even though the seller didn't even try to respond.

Anyone experienced this before? May I know if my parcel will really get shipped or not?
