2021 Macbook Pro Speakers Crackling and Popping

As the title says, my 14 in. Macbook Pro has been having some noticable and frequent crackles and what almost sounds like a speaker burp when the volume gets close, not fully, to max. Just unsure if this is software or hardware and if there are settings I should mess around with.
