IVF and Lupus

I just started IVF 2 days ago and I’m doing the injections so far, but I have mild joint pain ( one of my fists is slightly hurting) and no other simptoms. Would you guta consider this a flare-up? Did anyone else did IVF successfully and what should I expect during the first round of injections. I had a very big flare up 3 weeks ago and I feel as this mild wrist pain is an alarm bell that I should stop with the injections and start again next month or so. I’m only on plaquenil, very small doses atm
