Arm surgery, how much can I expect to pay?

Hi I am from the UK and looking at going to Europe for surgery eventually. I don't have a diagnosis but I'm very sure I have lipedema in my arms. I have lost over 122lb and my arms have barely shrunk compared to the rest of my body. My arms are really distressing me and it seems like liposuction and skin removal is the only option for me at this point. I'm still around 30lb from my goal weight but trying to consider options and think about funding. I was wondering if anyone has had arm surgery and minds sharing how much they paid? I know it's different for different people etc but just wondering rough figures so I can work out how I'm going to fund it (hopefully my Dad will help with a large proportion of the cost) Thanks for reading
