Rate my enclosure!!

Just finished setting up my leo's new tank and he's really loving it! I used a mix of reptisoil and playsand for his substrate and he really seems to like it! We've come a long way since when I first got him two years ago and I'd still love to improve any way I can!

I am still pretty embarrassed about how empty and sad looking his tank looked before since I had never owned a reptile.

Though I would like to ask for recommendations for heating bulbs and how to regulate their temperature so the little guy stays warm during the winter.
