Help me choose a laptop!

So my sister wanted to buy a new laptop because she studying architecture and she needs it for her classes. The budget is about 800-900€ . I found out that the first thing I would look for is the GPU . Do you have any suggestions? I found two hp virus laptops both with Ryzen 7 8845HS , the one with rtx 3050 for 730 € and the other with rtx rtx 4050 for 830€ . Is the difference in price worth it ? Should I look for a laptop with inte core i7?
